By fairly frequent, I mean in abundance or at least found early in the game (before the 3rd gym at least). I wanted to separate evolutions to see which individuals people like.

As for me, I'll vote for Wingull and Staravia

I find I'm fairly fond of Fearows. So much that I've managed to train two of them to level 100. Murkrow and Noctowl are other favorites. I've got a Staravia on my Diamond team, but I didn't vote for it as a favorite.

The title of this topic is an alliteration, a phrase or sentence in which all the words in it start will the same sound. In this case, all the words start with the letter "F". And that's your English lesson for the day. :p

For sure my favourite is the Pidgey line (I can't get enough of Pidgeot!) I enjoy the Taillow line too, and if/when I get D/P I know already that the Mukkuru line will be best for me.

I've never been a fan of the Spearow line, not enjoying its evolution. I've found the HootHoot line useful only once, but it just lacks a good movepool for me to ever use it consistently. Don't even get me started on Wingull.

Fearow is mai lav ♥

But, Staraptor is getting to be a very close second, even surpassing my fondness for Dodrio. ('duo/'drio weren't common enough to be on the list? :eek: Well, I guess they don't show up early enough...)

I always like training the early-game birds. My party never feels 'complete' without one..!

Pelipper is the second best pokemon. EVER. (Tied with Togetic, beaten only by Manene)

However, it was a tad difficult choosing between him and wingull. I love them both so much!

Staravia comes in a close second.

I've fallen for the Starly line. :)

The Gangsta' birds also rule, as do Swellow and Noctowl.

Mine is Staraptor, as it look cool, has great Speed and Attack, gets powerful moves in Double-Edge and Brave Bird, and wrecks Rock- and Steel-types with Close Combat. That being said, I also like Pidgeot, Fearow, Swellow, and Talonflame.

The Rookidee-Corviknight line. I like that they changed it up with the first two being the first non-legendary pure Flying types. And Corviknight just slaps :)

I think it's the Rookidee line for me. Corviknight is just a fantastic concept with a perfectly executed design that really helps it stand out from all the other flying feathered friends. Though I will say that Staraptor and Pidgeot are very close seconds.

I also have a small fondness for Pidove, because living in Real-Life Unova I do see a lot of pigeons almost every day, so... ^^;

Out of all the listed options, I chose Pelipper. I adore the design and concept behind it. Competitively, it has good offense and defense about it. Plus, Drizzle shot its viability to the moon, and we love to see that.

Other than these though, and this is actually my favorite early-game Flying type, it's Unfezant. Its design is very, very cool to me yes, even the female one. In battles, Super Luck Scope Lens Unfezant hit so hard; it's actually insane. Plus, it has an excellent support move-pool if one wants to go that route and I love that for it.
