Favorite game soundtrack?

We all like listening to video game music, do we not? But all soundtracks vary. So what's your favorite one?

Personally, SkyRoads has my favorite soundtrack. Some of the samples might be a bit ear-hurting, but in the end, the composition is excellent.

I love Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire music. They're all so pretty sounding.

If not a game from the Pokémon series definitely FFX/X-2.

Pokemon black/white is spectacular: the first pokemon soundtrack I thoroughly enjoyed.

Other than that, Super Metroid. It's just jaw-droopingly awesome and sets the mood of the game perfectly.

Too many to go through. I'll just name a few: Halo, God of War, Gears of War, Uncharted, Dead Space, WarCraft, StarCraft, Diablo, Doom, and The Elder Scrolls.

One of my favourite soundtracks would be the Wind Waker soundtrack. I especially love Dragon Roost Island's background music as well as Molgera's battle theme.
I also love the soundtrack in Portal and Portal 2.

Moving on to the soundtracks in the Pokémon games, most of my favourite music in the series comes from R/S/E as well as B/W.

But if I had to pick 5, I would say, also including my favorite song of each one (not in order of preference):

Fire Emblem as a whole definitely has my favorite video game soundtracks. The music is just so brilliantly done, especially in Ike's games, which is no surprise since they have orchestrated music.

FE: Radiant Dawn has the best soundtrack of all though, imo (except I like Path of Radiance's version of the FE theme better). These two songs are my favs:

Eternal Bond/Ike's Theme - OMFG BEST MAP THEME EVER. I actually first heard this song in Brawl, and I was blown away by it. I was like "OMG...this. Is. So. EPIC!! <3" I still don't stop listening to it. Also, despite being named Eternal Bond in Radiant Dawn and Ike's Theme in Brawl, it actually is Ike's theme. It plays only in his chapters, when he appears in the game's intro, and at the end of the game (Ike is the main character, so yeah).

Stalwarts Unite - Together We Ride from FE7 is a cool recruitment theme, but I always enjoyed Stalwarts Unite much more. It's just so cool and it definitely has more of that "let's team up and win!" feel, if you ask me. Awesome song. Though it's actually a remix of With Us! from Path of Radiance, I like this version better lol.

And of course, honorable mention goes to Path of Radiance's version of the FE theme. So amazing. I also chose it to be the theme for my FE fic. :3

This will sound odd, but the "Hey you Pikachu" soundtrack and "Kirby 64: Kirby and the Crystal Shards" soundtrack... I LOVE those songs! Oh, but I also love the Pokemon Black/White soundtrack... Cause of N...!

Far out, I remember Skyroads. The music from that is pretty cool.

My favourite soundtracks are the ones for Golden Sun (1 & 2), Jazz Jackrabbit 2, Kingdom Hearts and Half Life.

I loved The World Ends with You's soundtrack. I haven't played the game for a long time but I still listen to the soundtrack from time to time.
The Legend of Zelda also has pretty epic music.

Anything Elder Scrolls. Skyrim's opening theme didn't disappoint.
