I use Ditto, even more then pokes that are useful.

For me, I like them all somewhat, but Smeargle really rocks. Belly Drum/Baton Pass? Lock-On/Sheer Cold without half your HP being taken out by Stealth Rock? Smeargle can do this and MORE.
 
Smeargle, tho I preferred him in Gen. II, when I could precisely determine his moves. Also obligatory vote for Ditto, obviously. Hmmm... Unown and Castform are kinda cool too.
