Pretty self explanatory, which gym puzzle is your favorite and why?

Mine would be the Sootopolis Gym puzzle. It took me a while to figure out but it was fun at the same time.

Hmm, probably... Skyla's, because of fucking cannons. That's about it.

Norman's Gym-- though the first time I went in with a Shedinja and kind of already won at the start.

Skyla with the cannons was fun. Specially the one thet fires you at the wall. Driftveil's and Nimbasa's are also pretty fun, with the elevators and the roller coasters.

The rest... I did like Giovanni's mini-dungeon gym. And Blaine's quiz was interesting in concept. Pryce's and HGSS Clair are fun too. The Mossdeep one reminded me a little of Zelda-style puzzles involving opening and closing passages and such.

Not a puzzle, but a detail I love about her character, is how there weren't even trainers in Jasmine's gym. Too bad they added them in HGSS... even though they don't battle you. I assume they are the trainers you fought on the lighthouse so that's why you don't have to fight them again, but still, it seems quite random.

I'd have to say, Brycen's Gym Puzzle probably ranks as one of my most enjoyable, but Crasher Wake's was pretty neat too (using the ol' water level thing). However, Koga/Janine's gym is the most memorable for me.

I'd have to say one of my favorite puzzle Gyms are Skyla's Flying-Type gym in Pokemon B/W. (I love the graphics and overall beauty of the Gym) And Clair's Dragon-Type Gym in Pokemon Crystal/Gold/Silver.

I really liked the multi-level maze of Byron's gym and Blaine's quiz challenge, though neither was quite complex enough to make as good of a use of its concept. Koga and Janine's invisible walls were certainly fun to play with, and the warp panel mazes in Saffron Gym were appropriately confounding. I have been a slight fan of the ice-sliding puzzles in the past, though I admit that I'm beginning to tire of them. Lenora's gym, I recall, was actually very well-done, and seemed like it could operate as a normal library were one not actually taking the gym challenge. The puzzle was a bit difficult, but could have done with a few false leads to bump up the difficulty. Likewise, Clair's gym had a somewhat-interesting (though not difficult) challenge in GSC, and caught me off-guard with its new puzzle in HGSS - it was interesting and actually a slight challenge.

It's between Lenora's puzzle and Clair's for me - Lenora's gets the slight edge if we can consider the design of the overall gym, and Clair's wins in the opposite case.

Striaton, Castelia and Icirrus are my favourites.

-Striaton's is a refreshing break from random mazes made of rock. In fact, the whole Gym was a nice change.
-Castelia's is just plain fun. Especially when you don't walk into the honey enough (or don't walk into the dead centre of it) and it just goes *boing*. :-D
-Icirrus' is a cool twist (if you'll pardon the double-pun) on the boring standard Ice-type Gym. And the exit slide makes it all the better.

Eterna in D/P, as finding all the trainers hidden among the trees was fun.
Nacrene Gym was cool, too, with you having to find specific books in the library.

Any of the ones that have really clever/complex/fun puzzles. HGSS Blackthorn, HGSS Viridian, Lavaridge, Fortree, RS Mossdeep, Emerald Mossdeep, Sootopolis, DP Veilstone, Pt Veilstone, Pastoria, Canalave, Snowpoint, Sunyshore, BW2 Castelia, BW Nimbasa, both versions of Mistralton, Humilau, Shalour, Couramine, Snowbelle.

My only favorite would be Ramos from Kalos. Typically i'm not a good puzzle solver.

Least favorites are

Snowbelle Gym
The spinning rainbow colors almost cause me to get a seizure (i'm a epilepsy sufferer)

Sootopolis Gym in the ORAS remakes 100 steps are so annoying and there's a old lady in one of the last areas in the gym and after she spots you she will block one of the next tiles you needed...forcing the player to step on a cracked tile. Otherwise you can't reset her position in the gym. and you still have all 100 all over again.

Snowpoint Gym
Those darn giant snowballs are a real bother to remember which path you need.

Crasher Wake it's both difficult remembering how to get to him and when you exit it again.

Honorable mention:
Plasma Frigate metal platform puzzle where everything looks like + and the patterns are difficult without a guide.

my favorite is probably the Sootopolis gym. it's an interesting, fun puzzle that really makes you use your brain.

least favorite is the vermillion gym. sifting through garbage looking for random switches isn't my idea of a good time. wtf does it even have to do with electricity?

For my favorite, I'd have to say Lenora's gym in BW. I love books and I love libraries, and it was really fun going through the gym trainers while completing the "puzzles."

Most of the Unova puzzles are up there with some of my favorites, really. They weren't too difficult, although the Opelucid one was kind of annoying because it took forever.
