This song is incredibly beautiful and sad. It feels all deathy, but it's peaceful and gentle. It brings me to this strange place that's thick, heavy, quiet, still, and somewhat melancholy, and also very reminiscent, in appearance, of the moon. (Don't ask, I don't know....

This song is one of my favorites and has been long before I even knew its name. It's very pretty and rather sad. The Shep Pettibone remix is my favorite version (well, everything before 5:40; after that, it just gets annoying). I've been listening to it a lot today, both forwards and backwards.

There are very few songs that have consistantly good lyrics throughout; sooner or later, the quality is found wanting. Of the few, I am fondest of "American Pie" by Don McLean, "Parklife" by Blur, "Stay Positive" by The Streets, "Yesterday" by The Beatles, and "Under Pressure" by Queen.

Many songs have a part that I love, like the first verse in "Your Song" by Elton John, the verses to "Lucky Man" by The Verve, the chorus to "Don't Speak" by No Doubt and "The Masterplan" by Oasis, and the ending to "Citizen Erased" by Muse.

Some one liners I like include:

This song is so sad! I'm tearing up just thinking about it. It sounds so hopeless, but at the same time, so hopeful. It has a nice piano and some awesome guitar. The chorus sounds a bit strange, but its meaning and the rest of the song make up for it.
