Favorite Moments in X/Y

It's all about the custcene/battle with Xerneas/Yvetal.

That moment (and the music) was absolutely amazing.
 
-I got a female Froakie first try. I wasn't even trying, I just got one when my game started and went with it. Similarly, I got a female Mudkip my first time through with Sapphire. I just get lucky when I pick water starters for some reason...
-As mentioned above, the legendary Pokemon cutscene. Mm,yes.
-Getting my Charmander to Charizard and firing up Charizardite Y.
 
I was level grinding outside of Lumiose City, and randomly found a shiny Furfrou. I don't actually use it on my team, but it was still really cool :)
 
I got a female Fennekin my first 3 tries. The only problem was that they had bad natures....and subsequently didn't get another female until like 30 tries ;-;
 
The battle against Yveltal. Definitelly.
(Catching shiny Spritzee and getting Riolu on Wonder Trade were also amazing).
 
The legendary cutscene/battle portion like everyone mentioned.

I also really liked going through the Anistar City Gym! The constellations were a nice touch. :)
 
Of course, the same as everyone else- the legendary battle. Though I ahve to say, right when I got the rollerskates I felt like such a boss. The fighting gym was pretty good, too. In a "this is so obnoxious and awkward but hilarious" way, pretty much every interaction with Shauna.

EDIT: Adding that I just randomly walked into a patch of grass to see if it went somewhere and found a Moltres just chilling. That was pretty exciting. But it fled super fast, and now it's roaming. :c

Some of the references I found were pretty awesome and made me stop to get some air. For example, there's a boy who says something along the lines of "Do you want to know why I wear shorts in the tall grass?" then once you defeat him he says "Because they're comfy and easy to wear!" If you don't get this then I'm sad. (Here you go: I like shorts! They're comfy and easy to wear! | Know Your Meme )

Also, another random person challenged me, saying "Hey! Hey! Listen!" I'm pretty sure that's another one. (Curses, Navi!)

Oh, and then the blatant "over 9000" reference that everyone knows about.
 
I didn't get a female Fennekin on my first try. I got her on my eighth. However, that Fennekin (my first girl, mind you) had a Modest Nature and max Sp. Atk IVs. Gotta say I got lucky.

Also, while not exactly optimal, my Bulbasaur does have an Adamant Nature with max Attack IVs. I can work with this.

The battle against Xerneas, as others have mentioned.

Also, the whole Elite Four room. While the members themselves may not be the toughest trainers in the world (as they claim to be) the place just reeked of epicness.
 
The cut scene with Xerneas was epic. When I found out what a great Xerneas I have when it comes to stats later on, I nearly felt like throwing a party.

I also got a shiny Ursaring. Nature and stats are not great, but hey, it's shiny.

I also liked the change of game text when I spoiled my Zapdos rotten via PokemonAmie. The change of game text makes it look so much more alive...

Edit: Damn, forgot about AZ. Thanks, s2daam. You're right, especially the ending with AZ was really beautiful. I nearly cried. And I liked the ending song.

Best moment: Intro. That whole Fletchling flying in your room and taking your first steps in your room.

Most of the cutscenes, including the Legendary one.

Most of the scenes with AZ. Especially the ending and story.
 
The legend battle!

I got a Jap Female Protean Froakie with Pokerus from wonder trade. Sent one baby Froakie (I'm sending out my non shiny Froakie's, I'm MMing!) and got a Scyther.
 
Well, let's see...................

1. Finding Eevee and evolving it into Sylveon. I don't know but actually having it and taking the effort to evolve it, as short as it was, it was worth every moment.

2. That cutscene with the Legendary Pokemon. Pure awesomeness.

3. AZ..................that guy. So tragic, and yet such a beautiful story. That final scene, really moved me.

4. The game ending. That was some awesome stuff. Never has a game felt like awesome like this for beating it since SoulSilver. I mean Black and White were good, but did not give that feeling I had when I beat Lance.

5. The end credits. You know, there is a talent show coming up soon at my school, maybe I can pull out the lyrics learn the notes and sing it. It really is beautiful.

6. Finally, FINDING PIKACHU!!!!! That was the best moment when I started the game up on release day. It's a good member of the team, although not as well against my friends who are "EV savvy".
 
- When I picked a shiny Ferroseed. It was so... beautiful. Shame it didn't keep the color scheme as a Ferrothorn, but still is in my main team.

- When my Greninja endured a hit only because it's so attached to me.

- AZ ending moved me too.
 
So far, my favorite moments have been:

The cutscene about the man and the pokemon he tried to revive.
Catching Xerneas! (first legendary I think I have ever caught)
And being able to make Blastoise and Lucario mega-evolve!
Oh, and getting a Leafeon.

Those are just a few though. :)
