R/B/Y - Lavender Town
G/S/C - Dark Cave/Ice Path
R/S/E - Abandoned Ship
FR/LG - Lavender Town
D/P/Pt - Giratina Battle
HG/SS - Entei Battle (OST)
- Dark Cave/Ice Path (GB Sounds)
B/W - Elite Four Battle

Mkay. I didn't play RBY or GSC, so I can't list those.

RSE: One of the pieces that play on certain routes. I can't remember which ones.

FR/LG: Lavender Town

DPPt: Team Galactic Battle (best friggin Pokemon music ever!)

HG/SS: Route 42/44 and Celadon City

BW: Village Bridge (Nimbasa City and Elite Four battle are close behind though)

Pokepark Wii: The loading music and the how to play this attraction music

I don't really remember any of the music in Pokemon Snap or Stadium 2. And that's really all I played. xP
