Favorite Pokemon Card??

Since this part of the forum is kinda dead. Time to shit-post to bring it back up.

What's your favorite pokemon card and why?


Mine is Absol from the Supreme Victors Set. 1/147

Absol G lv. 59 (G) Team Galactic

His first attack is Feint Attack :
-1 dark energy

-20 dmg. Ignore weakness, resistance, Poke-Powers, Poke-Body, etc.

I usually have double colorless running on him and always go with the dark energy first.

Doom News:

-Return all Energy to my hand
- After my opponent finishes his turn, his beloved pokemon is knocked up.

Repeat again.

Free Prize Card/ 2 if EX.


Weakness: Fighting x2 DMG ( any 40dmg attack from fighting types = KO)

Resistance: Pyschic -20


Counter to Mewtwo ex: since he would deal x ball dmg - 20 but he wont have your energies to add up more dmg and k-o your pokemon

My favorite is Flygon from Rising Rivals. Nice Pokémon, nice meta-defining card.

Nice, yeah it's a good dragon type deck cards that you should have.

I always liked Dark Raichu from the Rocket set. I don't know if it was one of the first secret rares or not, but it was still pretty cool either way.

I don't see the reason why would Lissandre be banned is like an escape rope for the enemy but you get to choose who.

^ Again, it wasn't Lysandre that got banned; it was Lysandre's Trump Card, which basically reset both players' decks and discard piles. It became obnoxious when Roaring Skies was released because it effectively reduced the competitive format to Mega Rayquaza-EX and Seismitoad-EX.

No, I was saying that if they were going to ban him, it's a stupid ban since his card isn't really important in the meta.

Anyways @SharKing what's your favorite TCG card?

Lysandre himself is actually a very important card in the metagame, but it's not looking like they're going to ban him any time soon.

As for my favorite card... that's honestly a tough one, but I'm gonna have to say Junk Arm. I like to play in the Unlimited format on PTCGO, and Junk Arm has been instrumental in some of the decks I've had the most fun with, like Weavile/Eggs and Lugia LEGEND.
