A favorite of mine has always been Pecan Pie Bars
2 cups flour
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1(14-ounce) can sweetened condensed Milk
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup Almond Brickle Chips
1 cup chopped pecans
Combine flour and confectioners' sugar in bowl. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Press in 9x13-inch greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Beat condensed milk, egg and vanilla in small bowl. Stir in Almond Brickle chips and pecans. Spread over baked crust. Bake for 25 minutes longer oruntil golden brown. Cool. Cut into bars. Store,covered, in refrigerator or freezer.
