Can't choose between Registeel and Regice (I think the name would be cooler if it was Regiice), but I chose Registeel because that was my first regi to catch.
 
Regice is for me then Regirock and Registeel bot at no. 2 spot. Regigigas is last because he looks wierd and the worst ability.
 
Meh....the Regis really aren't anything to like imo...but if I had to pick I guess Regice.
 
Rejiaisu (Regice), that's my favorite. I don't like the others. Also, I really like Rejiaisu's voice.
 
I always like Regirock, and now it gets the bonus of a boosted special defense thanks to the sand.

Rock Cart + Explosion....

What's not to love? And with those defenses.......
 
Registeel :D Always.
Then Regice, then Regirock.

I don't really like Regigigas :p
 
Regigigas. He's super awesome, and thanks to slow start noob proof!
 
Either Regice or Registeel can't really decide. Guess I favour Regice slightly more. Possibly due to the fact that Registeel is censored here in Germany :/ (not really)
 
I like Gigas cuz my friends are always irritated by slow start heheheh but i like it somehow eheheeh.
 
I like Regice because I guess its one of the only ice-type pokemon legendaries I like so, out of the four, Regice is my pick.
 
I'm not a really big fan of the Regi's but Registeel is my favourite out of the four.
 
I don't really like any of them, but I generally like the steel type as a whole, so I would choose registeel
