Title says it all.

My favorites are:

Wash Rotom (I like the fact it can learn a Water-type move)

Heat Rotom (Unlike the others, it has hands. Also, its Pokethlon stats are good and well-balanced)

Also give a reason(s) why you like those particular appliance(s).

I also love how they incorporated a Ghost/Electric Pokemon to be able to posess appliances and electric devices...

Mow Rotom, since it looks freaking posessed.

However, I like the natural Rotom much more.
 
Fan Rotom! He's so cute, plus I have a feeling Air Slash might be important someday.
 
Wash Rotom, as it only has one weakness, and Water is my favourite type. I also like Heat snd Mow forms.
 
Heat Rotom, like the combo of Electric/Fire. Plus, it's the last appliance with a unique typing with the advent of Hisuian Voltorb and Hisuian Electrode. (I still like Mow Rotom, though, Electric/Grass is a really cool typing and Leaf Storm is one of my favorite Grass type attacks.)
