Favorite Starter Pokemon?

My personal favorite is Chikorita because it's hard to raise but in the end quite rewarding.

My personal preference has Bulbasaur, Cyndaquil, and Mudkip just about tied (although I like Typhlosion the most). But battling-wise, I use Mudkip most often.

Mudkip. I loved it the moment I first saw it and the fact that it evolved into a part-ground Pokémon made it an easy choce when I first got Ruby.

Mudkip because it's just plain adorable.

Treecko. Useful Grass Pokemon for the win. ;; And Treecko's got the coolest looking evo line of Grass starters thus far, IMO. Plus it(...well, okay, Grovyle and Sceptile) gets Leaf Blade!

Totodile's my favorite. I dunno why, but I just love it! It's just so cute, even though its not as good as the other water starters, it's my favorite overall.

I too loved Charmander. I'd have a charmander in Ruby if I could get one where I'm at in it.

Mudkip for the same reason Kasumi said. Also, it makes an awesome HM slave.

Aesthetically, I prefer Mizugorou, but when it comes to actually playing the game, I like the evolutions of Achamo and Kimori.

Cyndaqil, because in the other two version I switch up who I start with, but in Silver I only start with Cyndaquil

I do love Pikachu, but the way I see it, it doesn't count as a starter. Because of this, I voted for Charmander.

Either Chicorita, Cyndaquil or Squirtle for me - all are brilliant Pokemon which I have used in the past.
