My favorite Terminator movie would have to be Terminator 2.

This is exactly what I would have said. And Robocop vs Terminator would kick serious ass.

I 100% Agree. Terminator 2 definetly beat out the rest. Especially Number four, I liked the special effects but it honestly didn't feel like a terminator movie.
