Favorite type based on Pokemon, moves, and trainers who use it.

Though none of them really are in my top 3, I love ground-types the most overall.

I love the moves and I love all the Pokemon of it, whether it be primary or secondary ground-type.

My favorite primary ground-type is Rhyperior, and my favorite secondary ground-type is Swampert. My favorite attack is Earth Power. My favorite trainer of the type is easily Giovanni. What's yours?

Ground-type here too. Half of my favorite team is Ground - Flygon, Rhydon, and Whiscash. I like Swampert and Torterra as well. Earthquake, Earth Power, Magnitude, and Fissure FTW.

I love all of those too, but I wanted to be concise so I just covered the most important details. Flygon is my second favorite primary Ground-type.

-Water Pokemon: They can hit most types for neutral damage. My favorite Water move is Surf, and my favorite Water types are Swampert and Empoleon.

-Fighting Pokemon: They look plain awesome. My favorite Fighting moves are Aura Sphere and Close Combat. My favorite primary Fighting type is Lucario and secondary Fighting type is Gallade.

-Dragon Pokemon: They're just as awesome as Fighting types. My favorite Dragon moves are Dragon Pulse and Dragon Rush. My favorite primary Dragon-type Pokemon is Salamence, and secondary Dragon-type is Flygon.

My favorite type would have to be Rock. Mainly because of a certain Gym Leader -cough- Brock -cough- but also since most of my favorite Pokemon are Rock-types as well.

First off -- Brock, Roxanne, and Roark are all great Gym Leaders and my favorite being Brock, Roark does come in close second with his very cool Cranidos. Every region has had a Rock-type Gym Leader as there first Gym that is if you don't count that weird Johto region.

Out of all the Rock-type Pokemon my favorite would have to Rhyperior mainly because of when I saw Palmer's Rhyperior in the Pokemon anime. It also has an awesome ability (Solid Rock) and signature move (Rock Wrecker) as well. It's also great that a majority of the Fossil Pokemon are part Rock-type as well because most of them are pretty neat.

Grass, Sceptile kick ass, so does Leaf Blade on Gallade, Erika is the cutest Gym leader and Gardenia, well, "Oh yes, use Vine Whip" xD.

I can't really decide. .-. I'm not that big on Fire-type Pokemon, but I do like the trainers who use them.

Probably Dark Type, because of Umbreon and Absol, plus Sidney was an awesome-looking guy.
I also rather like the Steel Type, as most of the Pokemon of that type, especially Aggron and Skarmory, are just plain cool.
Psychic-types are high up there, as well, due to Espeon, and of course the awesomeness that is HGSS Sabrina. :3
And probably Ice-Types, since Glaceon is another adorable Pokemon, but also because quite a few notable Ice-type trainers are females.

Well, I don't really have a favorite type, but usually most of my favorite pokemon end up being Ghost type... And I like the ghost specialists too, especially Phoebe for looking like the opposite of what you expect from a ghost trainer.
Dark, Steel, Electric, and Dragon are cool too. Especially dragon, all the pokemon are really awesome looking.

Fire type: Charizard is awesome because he's a dragon...yet not a dragon and he can learn dragon moves and other good special attacks

Psychic and Water, in that order.

Psychic probably just because I like the idea of being able to attack people with your mind, and because I had a lot of powerful Psychic-types on my first game, my Yellow version (not too uncommon, I'm guessing, since Psychic was kind of all-powerful in generation 1, but it endeared me to the type).

Water because I've always been really into marine biology and so a lot of Water-type Pokemon represent animals I've always liked. (And somehow, the Water-type ended up dominating my gen 2 and gen 3 games).

Third place would probably be Ghost-type, just because I always find myself wishing I had more Ghost types.
