Hey guys! Ever have a show that you really really liked end up being cancelled? What shows were they? Were there any loose plot threads you really wish they would have at least tried to resolve before cancellation? Feel free to talk about how you yourself would continue the plot if you'd like.

Personally, a lot of shows I really liked ended up cancelled. Some that come to mind are Dracula, Defiance, Hannibal, and Almost Human.

Hannibal was supposed to get through all of the books they were based on. I've never actually read them so I was really interested in seeing the plot for the first time. Also, I really liked how this show could still keep my interest even though obviously everyone knows that Hannibal is a serial killer (the show's first and second seasons show what happened before The Silence of the Lambs, back before Hannibal's true nature was discovered by those around him).

As for Almost Human, I feel like it was a really interesting show. It was set in the future, where life-like robots have already been invented and there's all this advanced tech. This robot-hating cop ends up with a robot for a partner and he has to come to terms with his robo-hate while solving futuristic crimes. Also, his robot partner has some special software in him that causes him to have "emotions," unlike the other normal robots, so it's pretty interesting. There were so many plot threads left hanging when this show got cancelled, so I really wish they'd continued it.

I also really enjoyed Almost Human. The two leads are actors I enjoy. In fact the guy who played the robot I discovered from a show I loved that was also canceled. Some cop show I cant even remember the name to now sadly.

Slacker Cats and Father of the Pride. I know these shows weren't all that well-liked, but I personally loved them! It was nice to see more adult humor from animated characters you'd expect from a children's series. They also weren't overly ridiculous and full of edge like Family Guy or South Park were. They were just funny.

Hamtaro for me. I grew up watching it, I very much blame the show for my love of rodents too. (I've probably had 20-30 hamsters growing up.) It was really cute and I just loved the characters as well. I remember begging my parents for Hamtaro: Ham-Hams Unite one Christmas and taking peeks at it every day until the 25th. I also had a Hamtaro plush I carried around everywhere. So needless to say I loved it. Was super disappointed to see it just vanish off TV when I was younger.
