Favourite "Loadout" for the old pokemon Crystal?

By loadout I mean six pokemon you are allotted to have out at once. I beat Crystal super fast using Gengar, Houndoom, Umbreon, Charizard, Tyranitar, and Dragonair (makes me miss my Gengar 1st edition card and Umbreon(I'm 20 and in college now and stumbled upon my old box of pokemon and decided why not beat them all again since it's been atleast 8 years lol I guess you never outgrow pokemon hdear:

'Tis true my friend. You NEVER outgrow Pokemon. The people who made fun of me for playing Pokemon in Middle School and High School are so ashamed now to be playing their childhood in college.
To answer your question, however, I never played through Crystal myself, but I played Silver more times than I can count. My favorite team for that game in a playthrough is as follows: Typhlosion, Crobat, Victreebel, Slowbro, Ampharos, and Espeon. By 'playthrough' I mean the most viable Pokemon team in a single run from the beginning.
My favorite team in general would probably look something like: Typhlosion, Tyranitar, Steelix/Scizor, Ampharos, Lapras, and Espeon (you can tell that I love Typhlosion and Espeon). This team will wreck shop.
I also like going with Red's team if I can manage it: Pikachu (I tend to go with Raichu because Pikachu is so overused), Snorlax, Charizard, Venasaur, Blastoise, and Espeon.

My battery is long dead, but the team I registered on Stadium 2 from my original Crystal cartridge consists of Feraligatr, Gengar, Togetic, Porygon2, Scizor and Suicune. I don't remember deviating much from them.

my old loadout was Meganium, Skarmory, Tyranitar Heracross, Gengar and Starmie.

Still kicking butt in stadium 2 to boot.
