Favourite Mediterranean cuisine?

I was inspired by the favourite Asian cuisine question. My family originates from a country on the Mediterranean (Lebanon to be exact), and I enjoy all the different Mediterranean cuisines. Other than Lebanese, my favourites are Italian, Greek, Turkish, and Egyptian.

I've had most of the Mediterranean cuisines. The only ones I've never tried are Maltese, Libyan, and Tunisian.

What is your favourite Mediterranean cuisine?

Greek and Spanish are my favorites. I cant stand Italian though.
