Out of all 25 possible options, which would you say is your favourite? For me its Modest, and my least favourite would have to be Sassy. I don't know why, I guess I just don't want Gloom giving me attitude.

Modest and Brave.

Modest natured Chandelure is a killer and Brave for Dragonites and Tyranitars.

I like Brave and Adamant. Those Pokemon wouldn't give me much trouble. I hate Sassy and Timid. I have no patience for disobedience and weakness.

I like Brave and Adament, but most of the time I hardly pay attention to the natures.

Right now, Brave is my favorite Nature. I have to have a Brave Natured Golurk, as giant robots should not be cowardly. But honestly, on most other Pokemon I really don't care much about the Nature; I can make do.

Fur competitive purrposes, Timid.
Otherwise...Quirky, methinks. Maybe Sassy.

Naive should be Speed +, SP. DEFENSE down. =P

Naive and Timid are both my faves, especially on Darkrai and Mewtwo respectively. It's funny that such big bad legendaries can be like that. Plus, the image of a Mewtwo being too shy to meet your eyes despite being 6'07" is just an adorable thought.

Mostly I like Lonely, but Adamant and Brave are my favorites as well.

Perhaps I'm narrow-minded, but I tend to think modest and adamant are the only natures worth having. Your pokemon's going to have one base stat (attack or sp. attack) which is higher than the other. Therefore you can boost one of them, only use attacks of that kind and not negatively affect any of the other useful stats.
In the off-chance that I'm using a pokemon that's useless as a brawler (Blissey and Umbreon come to mind), I would breed them for a nature that increases their lower defense and decreases one of their attacks and teach them them all status moves.

I voted for Hardy. My first pokemon, Mudkip, was Hardy, and he set off a long (still continuing actually) chain of me getting neutral natured starters. Like literally all of them. It's a huge coincidence, and I don't know why it has happened in every single game.

I like Jolly. A lot of my favourite Pokémon work well with that nature.

Well, Jolly and Timid are very much worth having as well, since you can then boost the Pokemon's Speed while decreasing the Attack-stat that it won't use anyway.
Choosing Jolly over Adamant or Timid over Modest can make a huge difference in a battle.

Let's also not forget the speed-lowering natures. Consider a pokemon such as Swampert. It's designed to take both physical and special hits while using moves that can retaliate with good coverage. You don't want to lower either defensive stat, because that runs the risk of getting killed by a pokemon Swampert usually beats, you can't lower attack because you need Earthquake or Rock Slide, and you can't lower special attack because you need Ice Beam or Hydro Pump.

The recommended nature for Swamperts is actually Relaxed (+defense, - speed) for this reason. Porygon2 is also known to run Relaxed, as is Slowbro.

So for specific pokemon, there are other "good" natures besides Adamant, Jolly, Timid, and Modest.

Everyone seems to like the offensive natures, surprise surprise :p
Defence is just as (or even more) important.
Cool, collected...Calm

My only reservation with boosting a defense is that you only boost one. You still have a pretty good chance of coming up against an opponent with a beastly attack stat in the other defense. Although I know this is not a particularly good argument.
