I have a lot of favs, but my current fav would be "We Will Meet Again" from the Lucario movie. I was really disappointed hearing the Japanese ending for the 8th movie because it had nothing to do with the movie at all (and the main character just died - did that song had to be that upbeat?). However, "We Will Meet Again" is one of the rare English pokemon songs that I think was a perfect idea. The lyrics just say everything about Lucario.
 
All the David Rolfe themes (especially Unbeatable). That was Pokémon's badass age.

I also love Be An Arrow! 2013. There's also The Legend Comes to Life in the second film, and 'Team Rocket's Secret Strategy'. Very jazzy theme. :D

There was a song where it was about being best friends or something (from the original series) but I can't remember it's name. Other then that the Johto opening song was great. I used to listen to it all the time.
