Does anyone have a Feebas? I can give a female Chespin or 'Speed Boost' Torchic (non-event).

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure there's no way to get Feebas. Not that I've seen, anyway.

no, i can confirm beyond a doubt. at the moment, Feebas is unobtainable.
