GEN VI: Female Shroomish and Seedot

Hey, im pretty sure that these pokemon (Seedot and Shroomish) are not catchable through the regular game on the routes, but probably through the Friend Safari if it is a grass friend safari? Im not sure, but if anyone has any of these two pokemon, or both, I would love to have them. Preferably, female. Can anyone help me out?
 
I have Shroomish, with its hidden ability. Do you know what you have in your friend safari?
