Group: PSIcom, standard soldier

Weapon: Triple-bladed scythe with gun attachment.

Appearance: Tall with pale skin, James has the appearance differing of most people of Cocoon. He typically wears a black trench coat thrown over a white shirt, his black hair stretching to his neck, poorly maintained.

Personality: James is a man who is fond of partying, though humorously has problems with meeting new people. He takes his job as an member of the elite PSIcom very seriously; he would rather die than allow Pulse to run free.

Background: James is descended from a long line of 'Valentines', and can trace his lineage back to the times when the (now defunct) corporation ShinRa ran most of the world. Joining the Guardian Corps at a young age, James eventually managed to catch the eye of several PSIcom elites, who gave the former recruit a fast-track straight into Cocoon's elite protective force.
