Gliscor (Impish) Poison Heal @ Toxic Orb
-Toxic, Substitute, Protect, Earthquake
Conkeldurr (Adamant) Guts @ Shell Bell
-Mach Punch, Drain Punch, Bulk Up, Stone Edge
Heatran (Modest) Flash Fire @ Air Balloon
-Rest, Sleep Talk, Lava Plume, Earth Power

Can anyone point out the flaws with this team and ways to fix them? This is my first competitive team, so there are probably a lot of thing I could do better.
