Rotom W (Modest) Levitate @ Choice Scarf
-Trick, Hydro Pump, Thunderbolt, HP Fire
Gliscor (Impish) Poison Heal @ Toxic Orb
-Toxic, Substitute, Protect, Earthquake
Conkeldurr (Adamant) Guts @ Shell Bell

Can anyone point out the flaws with this team and ways to fix them? This is my first competitive team, so there are probably a lot of thing I could do better.
