What you need to do is go to route 113, and youll see these sand dunes. under one is a ninja but there is a Ether/elixir under one and TM32 Double team under another.

Well, Double Team isn't really used much in battles much. I've only even seen it on Shuckle.

Actually double team is helpful and about everything can learn it. Effect raises evade
