What's good about this Pokemon? I'm curious. I just hatched one that was traded to me. Can it be bred? I know it won't evolve into Manaphy. Any answers would be appreciated.

It's like the Poor Man's Manaphy, the result of breeding Manaphy and Ditto.

It can;t evolve tho.
 
It's just like Manaphy except with lower base stats.
 
It also has a different moveset. Doesn't learn Tail Glow, among other techniques.
