Fire Red question

Is their a breeder in this game? The reason I ask is that I picked Squrtle in the beginning and my sister took charmander so we were each going to breed it with a ditto to swap the new ones. Also for the Evees as well so I can breed more of them and get Joltian and Flarion.

Yes, but the breeding center is on Four Island.

can u get a thunderbolt or thunder TM in fire red? i have zapdos but he has no damaging electric moves and i need them for the elite four, all my pokemon are level 55-60 but a lot of my pokemon get owned by loreleis ice moves. i need a thunder move because i cant be bothered to train all my pokemon to like level 70 before i challenge the elite four. the main reason for this difficulty is that all my strong pokemon are the wrong type and are gettin owned by ice type moves.
