I've never made a stall team before, so...please forgive the unoriginality and cookie-cutter Smogon sets. I just want to try it out. Meant for the UU tier on Shoddy Battle.

EDIT:...I'm not going to bother with bolding changes, seeing as how the entire team's been overhauled.

Froslass@Focus Sash
Timid
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
-- Spikes
-- Destiny Bond
-- Taunt
-- Ice Beam

Typical spiker lead set. Froslass outspeeds most of UU, and the things it doesn't outspeed (besides Ambipom) are rarely used as leads. Even then, in my experience, most Ambipom don't carry anything to hit ghosts with, so the worst they can do is Taunt. My plan is to get as many layers of Spikes down as possible and doing as much damage with Ice Beam as possible before taking something down with me via Destiny Bond.

Shuckle@Leftovers
Impish
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
-- Substitute
-- Toxic/Rest
-- Stealth Rock
-- Knock Off

Finally came up with an original set of my own. I once used a Shuckle in Emerald's Battle Factory with Substitute, Toxic, Double Team, and either Knock Off or Confuse Ray (I don't remember which). While Double Team is banned competitively, I imagine a similar set would be just as beastly to take down. Stealth Rock, and Knock Off support the rest of the team, while Substitute protects from status. I'm having problems deciding between Toxic, to stall, or Rest, to heal.

Umbreon@Leftovers
Sassy
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Atk / 56 SpD
-- Curse
-- Payback
-- Quick Attack
-- Wish

Another semi-original set. I ran something similar on a Flareon once, with some degree of success; Curse boosts Umbreon's defense and attack, letting Payback strike harder more often. Quick Attack, on the other hand, nullifies the speed drop, but still benefits from the attack boost. Wish is for healing, as Umbreon is bulky enough to take a hit.

Clefable@Flame Orb
Calm
Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
-- Encore
-- Heal Bell
-- Softboiled
-- Thunder Wave

My main special tank and status healer. Not...really much else to say.

Spiritomb@Leftovers
Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP / 140 Def / 116 SpD
-- Curse
-- Rest
-- Will-O-Wisp
-- Dark Pulse

Physical wall, spin blocker, and spin killer all in one. Curse lets me kill things I couldn't normally touch with a team like this, and with Rest, I can just recover the health. Will-O-Wisp to burn physical attackers so that they hurt me even less, and Dark Pulse so Taunt doesn't royally screw me.

Now, for the last slot, I'm having problems deciding between:
Cradily@Leftovers
Careful
EVs: 252 HP / 216 Def / 40 SpD
-- Stockpile
-- Recover
-- Toxic
-- Rock Slide

Or

Drapion@Leftovers
Careful
Battle Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 12 Atk / 244 SpD
-- Crunch
-- Whirlwind/Toxic Spikes/Earthquake
-- Rest
-- Sleep Talk

Suggestions?

Spiritomb@Spooky Plate
Quiet
EVs: 244 HP / 48 Atk / 204 SpA / 12 Spe
-- Shadow Ball
-- Hidden Power (Fighting)
-- Shadow Sneak
-- Pursuit

Spiritomb is, strangely, the most offensively-based pokemon on this team. At least I won't have to worry about annoying Fake Out/Taunt Ambipom leads (GOD those things are annoying...). Pursuit over Sucker Punch because I already get priority with Shadow Sneak, and I'm not too great at prediction.
Don't know what to say here...
Lanturn@Leftovers
Calm
Volt Absorb
EVs: 40 HP / 216 Def / 252 SpD
-- Confuse Ray
-- Ice Beam
-- Discharge
-- Surf

The annoyer, and a personal favorite. I'd thought about sticking Attract somewhere on there (because hardly anyone bothers to change the gender of their pokemon, and if Lanturn's female...), but Parafusion should suffice.

Lapras@Leftovers
Careful
Shell Armor
EVs: 160 HP / 96 Atk / 252 SpD
-- Curse
-- Avalanche
-- Rest/Return
-- Waterfall

Bulky physical attacker and status absorber all in one. Shell Armor over Water Absorb because random crits are kind of a pain in the ass, and everyone expects Water Absorb anyway, so no one would use a water attack.

Chansey@Leftovers
Calm
Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
-- Aromatherapy
-- Seismic Toss
-- Softboiled
-- Toxic

Cleric and main special wall. Aromatherapy heals Lapras' sleep, as well as any other statuses that are slowing me down. The rest is all fairly standard.
Looks good.
Steelix@Leftovers
Sassy
Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
-- Stealth Rock
-- Earthquake
-- Stone Edge
-- Roar

My main physical wall. Sets up Stealth Rock when possible, Roars to shuffle out damage, and attacks when it can. It should work well in tandem with Omastar.
Looks good.
Omastar@Leftovers
Bold
Shell Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 176 Def / 80 SpD
-- Knock Off
-- Ice Beam/AncientPower
-- Spikes
-- Surf

Spiker, supporter, and special attacker. Not really much to say about him.

Changes in bold.

For Lapras, replace it with
Cresselia@Leftovers
Calm
~ Rest
~ Sleep Talk
~ Ice Beam
~ Charge Beam / Thunder Wave / Psychic
252 HP / 200 Def / 56 SpD

You also have 3 Pokemon weak to EQ, I don't know why since there are a handful of Pokemon that can wall beautifully and would get rid of that weakness like: Hariyama, Blastoise, Claydol, Cloyster, Nidoqueen(weak to EQ but a great wall), Registeel(same with Nidoqueen), UMBREON, Weezing(could replace Steelix?), Slowbro, Miltank.

:p Also in a weird way a Sub Sceptile COULD rape this teams face off...

*facepalm* WHY in God's name didn't I remember Umbreon...I like the little thing, too! And I forgot Cress is UU... :-( but I like Lapras...

EDIT: *headdesk* Shuckle. Goddamn, WHY did I not think of Shuckle? Grah...

while your on it, a Rest/Talk Regigias could work. Rest Talk to stall out Slow Star, then PWN with STAB Returns.

I wouldn't really recommend Shuckle unless you know how to keep SR away...

Yeah and let Mismagious set up on her ass...

All right, peeps...I'm gonna switch out 2 members for Umbreon and Shuckle (probably ending up putting Shuckle in the lead position and moving Spiritomb's place and set), but I don't know who yet. The only conditions? Lapras and Lanturn stay. Fire away with the suggestions, please.

I'd replace Omastar with Umbreon to get rid of one more earthquake weakness. Otherwise, Rock Polish Rhyperior utterly destroys at least half of this team if it gets a chance to set up. Give Shuckle Stealth Rock to make up for the loss of Omastar's spikes.

Edit: I didn't see Steelix had SR. Nevermind.

So many Leftovers. What are you going to do in a Item Clause?

Nobody does item clause. I'd say switch Steelix with Shuckle if you really have to.

People definatly do Item clause to an extent. (No more than one of each Item)

The UU Ladder on Smogon University's Shoddy server doesn't use item clause, and that seems to be where he wants to use this team. So it's not much of a consideration.

I suppose. Meh, just shoot me down why dont ya? lol

Just thinkin' about it.

All right guys...major overhaul warning. I've seen your suggestions, and I'm in the process of editing/rewriting the OP now.

EDIT: OP has been changed.

Regigigas might not be able to rest but it can use parafusion to stall. That may work.

OP updated...the team's been completely overhauled. Can you guys let me know what you think?

In the last slot, go with Cradily. It has better overall defenses and reliable recovery.
