The latest video on the Japanese official Pokémon Card Channel has revealed two cards that we'll see in the upcoming Terastal Fest ex subset, releasing in Japan December 6th. The first of these is a Baby Pokémon not seen in the Pokémon TCG for a long time... Budew, a Pokémon not seen since Diamond & Pearl—Stormfront, is coming back after 16 years! We can expect to see this card released internationally in Scarlet & Violet—Prismatic Evolutions, releasing on January 17th, 2025.
Card translation said:
Budew HP: 30 :G:
Basic

:NE: Itchy Pollen 10
During your opponent's next turn, they can't play any Item cards from their hand.

Weakness: :R: ×2
Resistance: None
Retreat: Free
Such infant cuties are a rarity in the Pokémon TCG. With Budew, Banette ex decks will become even better, since they now have an option to guarantee a first-turn Item lock, while also being a good pivot due to having no Retreat Cost. Another benefit to using Budew is the fact you can use its attack for free, so it technically acts as Energy acceleration.

This video also reveals that Jamming Tower will be reprinted in Terastal Fest ex.
