It's not live yet, but it will be. But before I actually do this, I have to make sure the future competitive team I'm planning isn't a lost cause before I begin.

So, here is what my Wi-Fi team will look like. Willing to take any helpful suggestions, since this will be my first time raising a competitive team, and I want to do it right the first time.

The entire team is built with the idea of taking down the enemy right away, as soon as possible, with a small stat boost here or there if necessary. It is how I fight in-game, so I want to see how it'll work in the real world.

Unless you were making a Sunny Day team, the move is not needed at all. Mud Bomb and Sky Attack are not good moves as well. Instead of using items like Charcoal, Metronome, and things like that, there are Choice items and Life Orb to do greater damage. And how is Damp Rock going to do anything?

On Roserade, having three grass type moves is a terrible idea. You have almost no coverage if something that is resistant comes at you. Same thing with Lucario and Fighting type moves.

Adamant or Jolly/Modest are better than Bold or brave on Lucario and Infernape.

On Infernape, depending on how you want it (Physical or Special), the IV's should maz that and then go into speed.

I believe I have done this on here before, but alas, here is another explanation of how to properly assign EV points.

You seem to know that the total EV points any Pokemon can obtain are 510, and no more than 255 can be assigned into any one stat. What you seemed to have missed the memo on is that it takes 4 EV points to equate to 1 stat point gained (At L100).

This means that all EV points assigned to any one stat should be divisible by 4 whenever possible. The spreads you have given are needlessly wasting stat points that you could very well need.

Let's take Infernape, for example. 255 / 4 is 63.75 while 252 / 4 is 63. Since you can't have fractions of stat points, the highest total you will ever need to put in any one stat is 252 points. So let's adjust Infernape's spread based on this fact to:

252 Def / 252 SpA

Now, you may notice, that this has left us with 6 EV points to make our 510 total. These 6 EV points can provide 1 stat point in any of the remaining stats. So after we assign these our corrected EV spread is:

252 Def / 252 SpA / 6 Spe

In this case you only wasted one stat point, but in other cases you may be wasting more. Just for your information, this is a horrible spread / nature / and moveset for Infernape. I can go through each Pokemon in depth if you would like, but I would like to see proper EV spreads first.

Gastrodon is a good example of more EV point waste. You have two options to correct this, either:

252 Atk / 252 SpA / 6 HP which would add a point to Atk and Special Attack while taking away 1 point from HP (Net of 1 point gained) or 248 Atk / 248 SpA / 14 HP which would add 1 point to HP at no cost (Net of 1 point gained again).

I would recommend you do some reading on strategies, EV spreads, and how to play competitively. Smogon is a nice guide for beginners, they have a lot of resources you can use to get started.

To answer your original question: this team is a lost cause as is. Before you waste any time building in the game, please dive into some of the myriad of material that's out there to help.
