This is my first Competitive team with unova pokemon, please critique as strictly as possible I want to make this team the closest it can be to perfect. New items, new moves, new EVs, new pokemon, any suggestions will be taken gratefully

Mienshao @life orb
Regenerator
252 atk/252 spe/4 spD
Jolly (+spe -spA)
-Hi jump kick
-U-turn
-Fake out
-Stone edge
Anti-lead scout Mienshao. fake outs for some free damage then u-turns to heal recoil and bring out an appropriate counter (unless mienshao can take it out) for later use, mienshao uses hi jump kick for STAB and stone edge for coverage, U-turning to regain 33% of hp when it gets low.

Archeops @flying gem
Defeatist
252 spe/252 atk/4 hp
Jolly (+spe -spA)
-Acrobatics
-Rock slide
-Earthquake
-Endeavor
Physical attacker, although it sweeps extremely well without boosts. Flying gem STAB acrobatics does massive damage, and earthquake and rock slide are for good coverage (no stone edge because of lack of accuracy) endeavor works well with defeatist once archeop's hp hits below half

Scrafty @life orb
Moxie
252 atk/252 spe/4 hp
Jolly (+spe -spA)
-Dragon dance
-Drain punch
-Crunch
-Ice punch
Physical sweeper. One dragon dance makes it reasonably fast and extremely powerful, and it only gets more powerful after every kill with moxie. Drain punch is good STAB that helps scrafty regain any hp lost from DDance and life orb. Crunch is for STAB and good neutral coverage and ice punch is for pesky flyers, especially gliscor. Scrafty has some extreme bulk and can withstand just about any priority move, even a mach punch from an adamant 252 atk EV conkeldurr, and will make up for that lost hp with drain punch. Scrafty has also lost a little more than half hp from an outrage coming from a jolly haxorus, making it a very well rounded part of the team.

Eelektross @leftovers
Levitate
252 spA/156 hp/100 spD
Rash (+spA -spD)
-Acid spray
-Thunderbolt
-Grass knot
-Flamethrower
Special attacker. Acid spray sharply lowers sp def making the rest of the moveset very good. Unfortunately eelektross is extremely slow so setting up on every opponent can be risky. Eelektross has saved me many times before with its bulk and leftovers helps a lot. Thunderbolt for STAB and flamethrower for coverage and grass knot for annoying ground types.

Chandelure @choice scarf
Flash fire
252 spA/252 spe/4 hp
Modest (+spA -atk)
-Shadow ball
-Flamethrower
-Psychic
-Energy ball
Special attacker, but (like archeops) works well as a sweeper without any boosts. With choice scarf it outspeeds almost anything (excluding accelgor) flamethrower and shadow ball are for powerful STAB attacks while psychic and energy ball are for coverage.

Sigilyph @flame orb
Magic guard
252 hp/200 spD/52 spe
Timid (+spe -atk)
-Psycho shift
-Cosmic power
-Stored power
-Roost
Special sweeper. Difficult to set up but very effective if done right. Cosmic power not only raises defenses but also stored power, so the plan is to cosmic power six times (roosting when necessary) then sweep with stored power. Flame orb doesn't effect sigilyph thanks to magic guard, and psycho shift shuts down any physical threat thrown at it.

I have other substitutes including a lead galvantula, physical sweeper bisharp, trick room reuniclus, curse+gyro ball ferrothorn, DDance haxorus and mixed Samurott

One note for Chandelure: using Psychic is just asking to be killed by Pursuit users like Tyranitar, and the coverage is insignificant. Try Overheat over it. Yes, it may seem redundant to use two Fire-type attacks, but Overheat has some noteworthy traits, the biggest being the fact that with STAB, it hits harder than super-effective Psychic (210 > 180).

And about Sigilyph: with only Stored Power, Tyranitar, Scrafty, and other Dark-types walk all over you; Shed Skin Scrafty can set up in the Avianoid's face, even! Try something else.
