Got it. Always helps to post sources in the opening post.

I'd be shocked if Lucario evolved, really. But this looks interesting... though it looks like it's from a Sonic game at the moment.
 
Well, while it is nice that we have confirmation of Gen V games, what I'm more concerned about is whether a Gen V anime is even going to be produced.
