First Movie Trivia Question

The site says:

This is the only movie which takes place between different episodes than it premiered between. While it takes place after The Pi-Kahuna and before Make Room for Gloom, it premiered in Japan between The Case of the K-9 Caper and Pokémon Paparazzi.

And how exactly does it take place between those episodes? Doesn't it take place right after Showdown at the Poké-Corral?
 
You know you could at least give an actual reason. I've reviewed the episodes, and unless I missed something, I don't see how it takes place between those two episodes when they have nothing movie related in them (unless I missed something). Right after Showdown at the Poké-Corral makes more sense.
 
In all technicalities, the movie's events take place before that as well. EP063's part of it, as is EP065. The bulk of the movie takes place after that.

Considering everything, it probably happens while Ash is down by Seafoam, which is where he is in EP066 and EP067. The end. Ta dah.
