Fixing my pacing.

After rereading my fic a few times, I found one big huge buzzkill. My pacing. It's horrible, and it's going to cramp my imagination. What do I do about it? (also, I deleted my earlier thread because I really felt stupid there)

No, the pacing of his story.

I think, your problem seems to be that the story is sluggish in an attempt to be long. You're including too many unnecessary events, and it weighs the story down.

Don't be so hard on yourself. That's a second thing.

(I hope it's not because I gave you 54/100 on your story. 54 is not a fail on that rating scale - this isn't school. A true fail is something like 20 and below.)

No, this is just the hardest writing block of my life. It's taking a bad effect on me. So many good ideas (albeit deeply twisted), but no way to put them down on paper. It's manifesting itself in agression against people who annoy me. So yeah, I do feel pretty bad right now. The pacing of my story, the 'meh' review, it's a buzzkill to my imagination. I'll thank you for being honest, Zekurom, because I need harsh reviews to improve. Don't worry, I have alot of new ideas right now.

I know how you feel. Same thing is happening with Battle of Aura. Don't worry, it will be gone. My last bout lasted like two months. :/
