The Friday night Pokémon Card 2024 Dream Match livestream on the Japanese Official Pokémon YouTube channel has given players their first look at a selection of new and reprinted cards from Terastal Fest ex, the upcoming subset for the Pokémon Trading Card Game in Japan. The stream also included the first formal announcement of the subset's release date, which as expected will be arriving on store shelves in Japan on December 6th.

As shown in the preview, the Terastal Fest ex subset (Japanese: ハイクラスパック テラスタルフェスex High Class Pack: Terastal Fest ex) largely contains reprints of various notable Pokémon and Trainer cards released in 2023 and 2024, including various reprints of Pokémon ex and ACE SPEC cards. This set also debuts a new Mirror Holofoil Poké Ball pattern that can appear on certain cards. Each booster pack of Terastal Fest ex contains 10 cards, one of which is guaranteed to be a Pokémon ex. Each booster box contains 10 booster packs. As standard for High Class Packs, cards other than Pokémon ex and ACE SPEC cards in this set do not have rarity symbols.

An additional video was released on the Pokémon Trading Card Game's official Japanese YouTube channel following the conclusion of the live stream, giving a preview of these new and reprinted cards, as well as the Eevee ex card which was first seen in a trailer released on the channel last weekend.

Translations of all non-reprint, newly revealed cards can be found in the table below, and on Bulbapedia. A full list of all announced reprints can be found in that same Bulbapedia article.
