I'd go with Espeon. Cuz his stats make sense, he can learn a dark and ghost move, and his abilities in the anime are awesome.

Leafeon and Vaporeon. Favorite types overall, favorite designs, favorite styles of play, and I like their movepools.

But I love all of them pretty equally, plus Eevee. I guess if I HAD to put them in order, I'd pick this:

Leafeon
Vaporeon
Eevee
Umbreon
Glaceon
Espeon
Flareon
Jolteon

But I don't hate any of 'em.
