Floatzel Question

My Floatzel is currently at level 60. It knows Ice Fang, but I'm looking for a stronger Ice Attack to teach it. It's Attack is 155, and it's Special Attack is 137. I'm pretty useless at the calculations, but I want to know what would be best for my Floatzel: Ice Fang (65 power at 155 Attack) or Ice Beam (95 power at 137 attack)?

Ice Beam would be better. But if you want still want flinching, I'd go with Ice Fang. I personally hate Ice Fang because of the 5% chance of missing, but then, that's just me.

Whenever you face this kind of decision, just multiply the power of the move by your Pokemon's attack/special attack. So Ice Beam (95*135=13015) is a better option than Ice Fang (65*155=10075).
