2 Broken Time Space
3 Rare Candy

2 Expert Belt
2 Pokemon Communication
1 Luxury Ball
2 VS Seeker
2 Warp Point
2 Night Maintenance

Strategie:
Try to start with a hippopotas, evolve to Hippodown and attack until hes ko. build up to 2 Claydols on the bench and min 1 Trapinch for jump in if hippodown is ko. with Trapinch's Gather Sand you can take back a Fight energy from Hippodown, and with DCE and Rare candy/BTS build to Flygon, and attack with damage up to 130 (without weakness)

The problem is that i dont draw enouch evolutions, and that can break my set up and so the whole game.

Alright... first off, FlyDon is a fairly weak deck, IMO. I've comboed Flygon with a variety of things, Hippowdon being one of them, and found that the deck, although occasionally decently powerful and good once setup, doesn't live up to many other combinations. If I may, other better options include Slowking HGSS, Manectric PT, or, if you want to stick with a fighting-type combo, Donphan Prime. However, if you must stick with FlyDon, here are some changes I'd make:

-2x P.O.V.
-2x Rowan
-2x VS Seeker
-2x Night Maintenance
-1x Cynthia's Feelings
-1x Fighting Energy
-2x Warp Point

+4x Call Energy
+1x Palmer's Contribution
+1x Bebe's Search
+1x Uxie LA
+1x Unown G
+2x Pokemon Communication
+1x Rare Candy
+1x Broken Time-Space

That should greatly improve your consistency, while not sacrificing the overall strategy of the deck.
