FLYING PIKACHU!!

Well, I'm just posting to try and help you get a Flying Pikachu:
1- When you go on the Yellow Forest Route on your PokeWalker, take a Pokemon that has a type advantage on the route: Ground, Electric, or Grass
I took a Pikachu and managed to get a Surfing Pikachu when the '!' was 2 ('!!').
2- Get at least above 10000 steps.
3- Have plenty of watts
4- When you try to catch a Pikachu on Yellow Forest Route, follow these steps:
Click on the 'Pokeradar Icon'.
When a '!' appears count for 5 or 6 second before clicking on it.
When a '!' appears again, court for 4/5 seconds before clicking on it.
When a '!!' appears, count for 3 seconds.
And when a '!!!' appears, click on it as fast as you can.
You should get a rare Pikachu (if your lucky a Volt Tackle, Surf, or Flying Pikachu).
