BP teams aren't a terribly good idea due to the fact that it's so easy to lose your boosts. The fact that you only have one on your team, a very fragile one at that, is troubling.

Also, the format of your thread is a bit....messy. Might want to fix up the random spaces.

Comments and suggestions are in bold.

It's a baton pass team

Ninjask (Overbeck)

Use Smogon's EV spread, which is more efficient.
Nature: Jolly
Abillity: Speed Boost
Item: Leftovers
MOVESET
Baton Pass: Self explanatory
U-Turn: I prefer not to be raped by taunters, plus i can come in for revenge and u-turn out, for some cheap damage
X-Scissor is generally a better choice, since you can reliably beat Azelf and you don't need to switch out.
Substitute: Self explanatory
Swords Dance: See Substitute and Baton pass
Threats: The standered threats for a BP Lead, Roarers, Priotity, and Taunters
The most common leads that Taunt are Aerodactyl, Azelf, and Infernape, and you can't beat them all with one set. I would recommend swapping out Swords Dance with Protect, which gives you another turn to speed boost and helps eat move PP since Aero and Infernape rely on low PP moves. Sub benefits more Pokemon on the team than SD does, and going through your team SD doesn't seem to benefit everything and thus doesn't warrant a slot.

Just use Salamence. The better speed will make up for the lack of priority. If you really want this as a "late sweeper", use Outrage. It won't matter that you're locked into a move when you're cleaning up what little the opponent has left and they probably will have little left alive that can take the Outrage if you've played well.

Honchrow (Xenix)
Role: BP Canidate
EVS: 100 hp, 252 atk, 158 speed

Abillity: Insomnia
Item: Leftovers
Moveset
Night Slash: Crit chance, and stab
Brave Bird: Stab
Superpower: Covers steel, and rock types
Roost: Revovery

Nothing uses Ice Shard anymore. Not when Scizor is around. Even Mamoswine's gotten rare.
Other: Been thinking about changing Insomnia to Super luck, it'd go nice with Night Slash, but not being able to be put to sleep has it's uses. I've also been thinking of replacing leftovers with Life Orb, since i allready have Roost for recovery, but it'd be dangourus with Brave Bird

Axe this. Honchkrow is a bad choice to BP to because it will inevitably be hit on the switch, and it's too frail and slow to survive. At the very least use Sucker Punch over Night Slash.

220px-143Snorlax.png

Snorelax (Laxin)
Role: BP Taker/ Rest talker
EVS: 100 hp 252 atk 158 speed
Speed EVs? on a Snorlax? That's a first. And why is this spread the same as Dragonite's and Honchkrow's? Seriously, transfer those EVs to defense.
Nature: Adamant
Abillity :Thick Fat
Item: Life Orb
Leftovers.
Moveset
Return: Stab
Fire Punch: Hits steel types
Rest: Healing
Sleep Talk: So i'm not useless
Threats: Rock types
Food for thought: the only common Rock types are Tyranitar, whom quite frankly your team deals with poorly, and Aerodactyl, who is almost always a lead and won't beat Lax. Trust me.

180px-230Kingdra.png

Kingdra (Clair)
Role: Specs Sweeper
EVS:252 hp, 100 speed. 158 spAtk
252 SpA / 252 Speed.
Nature: Modest
Item: Choice Specs
Abillity: Sniper
Moveset
Dragon Pulse: Stab, and i don't like the -spatk from draco meteor
Most people run both. Specs Draco Meteor hits incredibly hard, and has a good power output with the second use as well.
Surf: Stab
Ice Beam: hits other dragon types
Except that Dragon Pulse OHKOs every Dragon with Stealth Rock down (though your team curiously does not have it) and has better coverage than Ice Beam, with STAB. Only the cleric dancer Dragonite set has a chance at surviving Dragon Pulse with 10 or so% health left. Use Draco Meteor instead of Ice Beam, and you can hit other bulky waters hard.
Flash cannon: Honestly, i was trying to find a good ground move, but, this was the most powerfull attack i could find of a type i didn't allready have
What's wrong with Kingdra's double STAB? Almost nothing resists it, iirc only by Shedinja and Empoleon outside of ubers. Use Hydro Pump.
Threats: Steel types and Dragon types
Neither should pose a significant problem to you if play Kingdra correctly.

Other: Honestly, if i were to replace one pokemon on here, this would be it, i just needed something so i wasn't SO releint on the BP
This actually seems to be the star of your team, but I'll be brutally honest: it seems from your comments that you do not know how to use Kingdra, and that's troubling. Specs is supposed to hit incredibly hard, so there is no reason not to run its most powerful moves.

180px-242Blissey.png

Blissy (Flyoed)
Role: Wall
Evs: 252 hp, 158 def, 100 spdef
252 Def on Blissey, always. Every point counts. You don't need all that HP.
Nature: Impish
Item: Leftovers
Abillity: Natural Cure

Moveset
Toxic
Softboiled
Protect
Seismic Toss

Strait off of smogon

Threats: Gengar, i can do NOTHING to gengar, i have fought one gengar, and lucky me it was a life orb gengar

I'll be honest: your team deals very poorly with a number of threats to the point where nearly everything can sweep you. The major problem is that you rely on Ninjask too much when it's so frail, and as a result your team is extremely slow. I would suggest putting faster things with better synergy on your team. Starting with things that help Kingdra.

And....why do all of these EV spreads look the same? 252/100/158? Yuck.
