Tell your story.

Just a few minutes ago, I had been playing a classic downloaded game (Zelda II: The Adventure of Link) and went to go play another (Castlevania II: Simon's Quest) when suddenly, my Wiimote stopped working. The batteries were fine, but it took me a while to figure out that the wiimote had lost it sync and I had to go through some rigamaroll to fix it.

Hmm... no, that's never happened to me before. Mine did sort of randomly turn off once though... maybe they're just inherently inconsistent?

Sorry I couldn't be of much help. ^^;

It's happened several times before, but usually de-battery-ing and re-battery-ing fixed that.

Same here. But all you have to do is just hit a button to sync it again, so I've never found it to be a big deal. (I'm usually too lazy to get up and get new batteries.)

No, it flat out quit working. My Wii was no longer recognizing my Wiimote. I did the battery thing, the button thing, turning off/on, and nothing worked. I had to make it resync by going through the syncing process again.

I was playing Zelda: Twilight Princess, and it happened to me on a boss fight.
