Foreign perfect ditto

I would like a foreign perfect (ivs) ditto, of legitimate origin. I have some I can offer that I rng'd in my diamond (shiny, trained, not perfect ivs), or a lot of shinies ive traded around for that im not positive of the legitimacy of, but I was told they were legit. I also have a small amount of gen 4 event pokemon.
