Per the title, I'm toying with the idea of a real-life based RP centering around a small, intimate group of twenty-somethings living out their daily lives in New York City.

Would likely be a long-running RP simply because there are so many different directions to go with it. Like its namesake, the RP will be a proper "Ensemble Show," with each character holding equal prominence. There would likely be some sort of rotation dictating which characters would hold center stage at any given time, as having everyone doing everything at once would be very complicated.

Is this something anyone would be interested in doing? New, original, imperfect, quirky characters would be a hard-and-fast requirement.

Sounds fun. No rota though, I think. Be too formal. Do what SFH does in Bounty Hunters. He Gm'd for the first few start-up stories, then we sent in messages when we had ideas about how it could go.

And of course we have to have apartments that we could in no way afford IRL :p

And every thread / storyline has to have the title "The One With..." or "The One Where..."

EXACTLY! Yes! On the same page, we are... :-D

I think I'll probably put it all in the same thread (might change my mind later), but change the title often as the story progresses.
 
Awww.....I never like properly watch this.....but remember erm I was watching something a few weeks/months ago and this came on after. Was it Goks Fashion Fix or How to Look Good Naked. Anyway, this came on and I was sorta watching it....not bad tbh xD


But talking more about the RP, I love that idea. Real life, actual more human then pokemon human characters is something I love (not because I can talk about fashion and England endlesslley xD)

I'm not sure, I'll probably stick with just six Main Characters, and anyone else who's interested could play a recurring Supporting Character.
 
Yes it is. I'm glad this concept is garnering so much enthusiasm, it's very reassuring to me.
