Forretress needed

It's all I need to complete my pokedex on Heartgold. I can help out with any pokemon in the game, as well as a metal coat so you can get another forretress. I only need it for the pokedex, so I'm not bothered about the gender or level.

Also, you don't need a Metal Coat for Forretres.

Sadly I don't sorry. I now feel really stupid, thought pineco evolved when you traded it with a metal coat >.<

Might as well power- level my pineco to make it evolve rather than give up a pokemon for it, lock this thread please.
