Forum help re: joining usergroups

Hey there. I'm an import from another forum through one of the text RPGs here. I'm trying to find the page that lets me apply to join their usergroup (so I can get posting permissions). Can anyone help me out?

Apparently all I need to do is go to Settings > Permission Groups > Fizzy Bubbles Member but I can't get past the settings page.

Unfortenatly, after the forum overhaul last month, permission groups are now gone. Sorry
