Four Job Fiesta to host April Fools random Pokémon game event through the month, raising money for Trans Lifeline

Four Job Fiesta's 2026 Pokévent is now live. In this event, players who register will be assigned one of 78 Pokémon games at random. The goal is to beat the game. If possible. Otherwise "have fun and then submit something."

Compared to the previous two events, this would appear to be in-part an April Fools joke. While the full list of possible games is opaque, just about everything appears to be in scope, as evident by the creator getting assigned My Pokémon Ranch. Well, it's here, and it's charitable, so it is what it is.

The Four Job Fiesta is an annual charity event held from June to August where participants are assigned four random jobs from Final Fantasy V, and must beat the game using only them. Donations can be made to change jobs, and players have been known to make pledges over others accomplishing goals in game. Over the past few years, various side-events such as this one have been held in the months between the fiesta, more recently going to a bimonthly schedule. The other active events are centered around Bravely Default with similar rules to the fiesta, and a yearlong event involving simply playing through and beating any version of Dragon Quest VII.
