Four moves temporarily banned from Pokémon VGC: Non-TCPi events required to use Festival Plaza

New rules for the Pokémon Video Game Championships have been published. Four moves are now prohibited from use in the Video Game Championships until the release of version 1.2 of Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon.
