#free_pokemon page needed

Looking for someone to please help summarise the history here into an encyclopedic article. The #fp people have already agreed to its use, and will apparently come in to edit as needed once there's a starting point.

To tell you the truth, I've never heard of it but I'll see what I can do, someone has to start it. Also, the article is called free_pokemon, since there are problems calling it #free_pokemon.

And I summarized alot, it's alot shorter than the original...
