Freezing problem.

I was playing White, not two seconds ago, when I heard a flat tone. I turned to the DS, and the game had frozen. I have never used cheats. I have had my DS since 2009. I have had White since March. For at least ten seconds, it wouldn't turn off. Could someone please give me a clue of what is happening?

Was that the same DSi that was overheating? If so, your DS might be going.

Yeah. I'm gonna try to get a 3DS when December rolls around, hopefully. However, it was fine when it hit over 90' in my car. It only froze whenPokémon White was in.

Since you said your DSi froze only with Pokémon White, it could be that your copy of White is defective. Do you have another DS system you can try(DS, DS Lite, DSi)?

Yeah, a DS lite, my sister's.

Well if Pokemon White doesn't freeze in your sister's DS lite, then there's problem with your DSi. If White does freeze then there's an issue with the game. You may have to send the game or system to Nintendo for repairs.
