In the Medieval era, it was a frigid, snowy night in the city of London, England. It was late at night, and there was barely a soul about. Almost everyone was sound asleep in their homes except for one girl. She was riding on her white horse as she quietly walked in the direction of her home. She was wearing a green styled dress that had gold trimming, and wore a brown cloak over it as to help ease the impact of the weather against her body. The hood was over her head, and her ruby curls were masked. Her ghastly pale face, brown eyes, and ruby lips were exposed to the elements.

"We'll be home soon, Sebastian," the woman comforted her horse as he kept galloping, "I'll give you more fodder and place some blankets."

Little did the woman know that she was being followed and that her life would change forever.

"What's a pretty woman like you doing here in the forest alone." standing a few meters away from Rose was a man with spiky combed back hair. He was wearing a long sleeved black jacket with golden buttons and a matching pair of pants along with a dress shirt. "It's a dark winter night after all."

"I'm on my way home," the woman replied, "What about yourself? You seem to be out awfully late. Won't your wife be angry with you?" Sebastian shivered once his eyes caught sight of the man. Rose felt the horse shiver, but assumed it was because of the cold.

"I do apologize," the woman replied before smiling, "I'm Rose....Rose Bedingfield. Who do I have the pleasure of meeting?"

"But wh--" Rose stopped as she was being hypnotized by the man. Her limp body fell from Sebastian, and the startled horse sped away from the scene.

"Such a beautiful woman." the three men gathered around Rose a smirk displaying on each one of their faces as fangs became visible. "Now, I think its time for us to have a little me..." before he could finish his sentence the man felt a powerful jolt of pain course through his body, causing him to topple to the ground. The two other men turned to look at the figure, only to be switly knocked out by it as well.

"Pestering little cockoroaches." the figured said while looking at the fallen vampires.

Rose whimpered as she slowly opened her eyes.

"Wha?" she asked, "What's going on?"

"You were attacked by this filthy mongrels." the figure stated. He had long platinum blond colored hair and was wearing a white colored shirt with the buttons of his neck unbottoned, showing the top of his chest and his neck. He was wearing a pair of black pants and a black colored cloak.

"Oh...where's Sebastian?" Rose asked in a worried tone, "Do you think he's alright? Please tell me he wasn't stolen!"

"I'll have to find him then..." Rose frowned as she stood up, "I do believe I should introduce myself to the hero that saved me. Rose Bedingfield."

"You would really do that?" Rose asked, with shock in her voice, "Thank you so much..."

Rose gasped slightly and blushed as the Van had kissed her hand.

"M-me?" she replied, "I'm not beautiful at all. I've seen many of more beautiful women in London. I'm just a common peasant. Nothing more."

Rose began feeling embarrassed at the compliments, so she quickly changed the subject.

"Shall we search for Sebastian?" she asked.
