Think about this... if you're able to see the whole body of a Pokemon in their backsprite... Then if you send out a diglett while surfing then would you see his head come out of the water? or somehow have a mound of dirt still?

Surfing is a very confusing prospect...

...

No. They cannot show us what a real Diglett looks like.

And how the hell would the person standing on water work? Or for that matter, a whole freakin wailord on land!

This is a question that has plagued me since the beginning.

I'm in the middle of the ocean. What the hell is my Torterra standing on?!?
This is a desert. Why isn't my Goldeen suffocating?!?

But in all seriousness it will be interesting to see how they show the backsprites for Pokémon such as Diglett, Dugtrio, and Hippowdon, who are underground/burried in sand in their official art.

I can't wait!

Diglett will have a man's body

I just like the idea of "Snorlax, go! Wait, now I can't see the other guy."

it will reveal that diglett's body is infact on a moving pistol, not dissimilar to that of a whack-a-mole game.

They'll probably show them like they normally would. A Pokemon's body on a patch of grass/water etc..

I looked at the picture again, and it seems that the Zoroark is mid-attack. Could the full-view thing not be a constant?

He's standing over the land platform. I'm thinking it's going to be constant.
